As we continue to move forward and provide traders with the best materials, and precision-minded perspectives, we are now offering our “Certification Program” for those wishing to authentically teach our works.

We already have a number of trading professionals in institutional trading organizations that are authorized to teach other traders what we have been doing for decades.  These certified traders/brokers have chosen to go through our program and have dedicated themselves to assisting their clients in the best modalities possible, which includes our philosophy.

We only pick the “best of the best” traders/brokers who truly embrace our work in their own abilities to take the most out of the markets; and we are happy to include you within our Elite Group of certified coaches within the Institute of Trading Psychology.

Institute of Trading Psychology Overview Certification Program Requirements - 2025

1. Be able to understand the concepts put forth in The Disciplined Trader and Trading in the Zone.
   1. This will be done through a written essay by you as to what you believe the books are about.
2. Be able to explain both those books in depth.
   1. This will be done through a set of questions to answer in a written essay.
3. Explain how you view those two books as having an impact, if any, in the trading community.
4. Demonstrate how you use the concepts in those two books with your own trading.
   1. This will be done through a written essay.
   2. This will be done after the essay by Paula watching you apply the principles to your trading.
5. Explain how you would (or currently do) use the materials from either or both of those two books in your current work with other traders.
   1. This will be done through a written essay as well as trading together and/or sitting in on your chat room or advisory media while you give advisory services to your private trading room attendees.
6. Describe how you see becoming Certified through us as being beneficial to you, your trading, and any services you provide to other traders through a written essay.
7. We will be provided with concrete assurances from you/your organization (meaning I.T., coding etc.) that any materials you may be given including but not limited to, Curriculum or any other copyright-protected products, and/or use through our permissions remains encrypted to all traders you work with or who subscribe to your services and cannot be downloaded or shared.
8. Final Exam will be given after all of the above lessons have been completed by you to see where you may fit into our organization.  Upon review of the Final Exam, it will be determined if you/your organization meet our criteria.
   1. All curriculum must be completed within six (6) months of receiving the first lesson.  Failure to do so will result in forfeit of all tuition.
9. Certification will be for an initial period of one (1) year with monitoring of your usage by Paula T. Webb through trading together, in-person events, sitting in on your private advisory services, etc.  If satisfactory, then that will follow with renewal if you choose, for 2-year periods to follow with continued monitoring as we will continue to provide you with new content.
10. Non-refundable tuition is US$ 7,000.00 (in one payment) to receive the curriculum.  Receiving the curriculum whether completed or not or meeting with approval does not constitute Certification nor permission for usage of any Mark Douglas/Paula T. Webb materials or the curriculum in any fashion by you/your organization.
    1. Once the Final Exam is accepted, the Final Certification fee is US$ 18,000.00 for a total the first year after initial approval of US$ 25,000.00.  The first year begins upon receipt of the Final Certification fee.
    2. Subsequent renewal of the Certification is dependent upon regular review and approval at US$ 10,000.00 every two (2) years.
11. This ‘Overview’ does not constitute the entire Certification Agreement.  Once a candidate chooses to step into this process, the complete Certification Agreement will be sent for their review.
12. This is an elite group of providers we are looking to grow into a larger circle while keeping our brand intact and bring to the trading community at a higher, more professional, private, and intense level.
